Unfortunately our re-finance application with ABSA was unsuccessful, however we have signed an offer with a 3rd party purchaser who we are in the process of assisting in getting the relevant finance in place to secure the purchase price. Once the finance is secured, we will be able to proceed with the transfer of the property and pay out investors accordingly.
