The story behind this property is that the owners saw one of our adverts on how we help home owners find solutions to their property woes and they decided to get in touch. After meeting with them, we found out that they had started doing renovations to their property, but had fallen on hard times and couldn’t continue with them and needed someone to come in, see the vision and potential it had and buy the property from them. Their goal was to have a painless, easy sale so that one of the owners could emigrate to the UK and start a new life.

We made an offer on the property of which they accepted and with a few minor repairs, we were able to successfully on-sell the property to Krissanne & Garth Anderson who will be renovating the property further to their own specifications and liking. The property was sold on by us for for 10% above asking price and within 2 weeks of listing. We helped give the new buyers ideas of how to renovate the property and we may be assisting the new buyers with renovating the property as their plans for the home materialize.
