Project Townsend has been the biggest project that KOURO have undertaken in terms of renovation value. The value of the works completed came in at R1.2M and the property was acquired for R2.15M.
The previous owners lived in the property for 30 years and we were pleasantly surprised by the works we undertook and completed.
The renovations took 12 weeks to complete and the entire property was re-configured, modernized and sold for R3.85M to a family who looked at close to 40 houses in the Bedfordview area before they found and fell in love with this one.
