We came to know of this vagrant house in mid-2018 through one of the neighbour’s of the property. He was aware that property had been vacant for many months and posed a security risk to the neighborhood as vagrants had been in and out of property.

We got in touch with the owners of the property and they informed us that they were interested in selling as the property was no longer needed and was proving to be more trouble than it was worth. In order to further help the owners, we came to an agreement with them that we could take early occupation of the property so that we could begin renovating the property and securing it from further damage from the vagrants, much to everyone’s relief.

We have been thanked numerous times by various owners on the street for making it more secure and for turning a problem into a blessing.
