We were alerted to this property by one of our associates who identified the situation as one where KOURO could jump in and assist. The owner of the property wanted to move on from the home as he had continuous issues with the property over the years. Previous contractors had not been able to finish the works the owner had originally planned for the property and the home was left half-renovated. The owner thought it best to sell the property as is and move to Cape Town to begin his retirement.

We agreed on a fair sales price with the owner and began renovating the property with the idea of retaining the property for rental purposes once complete. We were able to finish Phase 1 of the renovations within 6 weeks and completely transform the property with modern finishes and a breath of fresh air.

We are now renting out the cottage and main house to two wonderful tenants, Ondela & Shameema who will be with us for the rest of 2020. We are also looking to begin renovations on Phase 2 of the property by January 2020 to further enhance and improve the property.
