This property formed part of a deceased estate and was being marketed by estate agents at the wrong price. Given that they gave the property little attention, the deceased’s wife sought out other solutions and came across our ad in the newspaper.

After making contact with us, not only were we able to conclude a sale with her for the property, but we were also able to compensate her privately outside of the estate so that she could move on with her life. The problem was that there over 10 heirs to the estate, so the proceeds that were to be shared would not amount to much but with the private compensation, it made the sale feasible for her and her family.

The property was modernised and sold to a new buyer before renovations were even completed.
