This property was referred onto us by someone who saw an advert of ours and was aware of a friend who was in a difficult financial situation with the bank.
KOURO managed to step in and stop the property from being auctioned off by coming to an agreement of sale with the owner. Fortunately, the price at which we bought the property allowed us to not only settle the outstanding bond over the property and outstanding municipal charges but there was enough equity in the sale for the seller to meet her financial obligations and for us to on-sell the property for a profit without us having to do any renovation works.
