You’re well on your way to investing with KOURO … But first we need a few things from you. Please upload the following documents so that we may prepare your investment agreement.

If you’re investing in your Personal Capacity:

• Copy of ID / Passport
• Proof of Address

If you’re investing through an Entity:

• Resolution of Authority to invest funds inclusive of the investment amount
• Company Registration Certificate (Only if investing through a company)
• Deed of Trust (Only if investing through a trust)
• Proof of Address for company or signatory ID Copy / Passport of signatory
