We first approached the home owner of this Randburg house in February 2018 and wanted to help them move on from a home that they had once loved but had fallen out of love with. Instead of them taking on the mantra of trying to fix up the house themselves, and trying to find a way to finance the renovations so that they could sell the property, we helped shift all that responsibility by purchasing this property from them in the condition it was in. This helped for a quicker turnaround time and assisted them in achieving their objectives.

We were then able to transform the property into a modern, beautiful home that was eventually sold on by us in November 2018 to a new family that will give it the love that it deserves.
