This property came to our attention via a referral as a ‘house flip gone wrong and was acquired for R500K.
KOURO stepped in to do a full renovation of the property. The existing carport area was closed up to make a new main-en-suite. There was a lot of work to do on the roof whereby new brandering, ceilings and a steel beam was installed to better support the existing structure. The renovation value of the project came in at R400K.
The project took about 6 weeks to complete and is currently on the market to find its perfect match.
