What is the latest?

The property has been transferred to the end-buyer on Monday 4 September and handover will take place during the course of this coming week.

The transfer has been lodged at the Deeds Office and the property is due to transfer by end August.

The attorneys should lodge this matter at the Deeds Office early next week. If all goes according to plan, the property should transfer before the end of the month.

Guarantees for the full purchase price have been secured, as well as bond and transfer docs signed. We are aiming to transfer the property to the end-buyer before the end of the month.

An end-buyer for the property has been secured and they have attained a 100% bond for the purchase price.
 
Bond attorneys have been instructed and we are hopeful of attaining guarantees for the purchase price by mid-August with a great desire to transfer the property before month-end.

The property sale has concluded and transfer finalised. We are currently finalising on post transfer tasks.

Lodgement is expected to take place this week, with the transfer of the property expecting to be concluded by the end of the month.

Buyers have received financing on the purchase of the property. Transfer process to commence with Bond and Transfer Documents being prepared for signing.

Renovations have been completed to bring the property in line with the building plans. ABSA have declined to re-finance the property so we have approached other institutions to attain same.
